For Mac
1. Make sure that the Print Manager is running and in the Top Task Bar
2. Click on the PM in the top task bar and go to Help
3. Then click on Check for Updates
4. If there is an update for the Print Manager, this will prompt you to update the software.
For Windows
- Make sure the Print Manager is running and in the Hidden Icons of the Task bar
- Click on the PM in the Hidden Icons and go to Help
- Click on Check for Updates
- If there is an update for the Print Manager, this will prompt you to update the software.
Once the software update for the Print Manager is done, if there is a Firmware update for the printer itself, there will be a prompt that comes up to have you perform the update on the Firmware.
