Sawgrass has information on error codes specific to your model printer that can be found on the Sawgrass Support Page.
Once you get to the support page you will first need to sign into your Sawgrass account. Next, type in the error code into the search box. View the list that appears to find the error code associated with your Sawgrass printer model.
There should be instructions on next steps towards resolving it.
